We keep occupancy deliberately low — Nova House is a single-occupancy home — so that the child living with us receives the attention, routine and relationships they need to settle. Every home sits on an ordinary residential street and is developed to meet the standards expected of children's residential services in England.

Nova House is our first home and reflects our vision of providing warm, family-focused residential care in a welcoming environment. As Celestial Care continues to grow, we plan to expand our provision through the development of additional homes across the region.

Our first children's home and a single-occupancy home, designed to provide a safe, nurturing and family-focused environment where a child or young person can feel valued, supported and encouraged to achieve positive outcomes.

Matching
Placement stability begins with an honest matching decision. We would rather decline a referral than break a placement six weeks later.
Every referral triggers a written impact assessment. Nova House is a single-occupancy home, so we consider carefully whether living on their own with a staff team is the right setting for that child.
Where timescales allow, we arrange a visit, a meal, an overnight stay and a written transition plan before admission — so that moving in is a decision, not a surprise.
If we cannot meet a young person's needs safely, we will tell you within a working day rather than accepting a placement we expect to break down.
Placements
Send us the referral details and our home manager will respond within one working day with an honest view on suitability.
