Why Celestial Care

Small teams, serious support, no revolving door

Placement stability depends on staff stability. That is why we cap our homes at three young people, keep permanent teams small enough that everyone knows each child well, and resource each shift properly rather than running on agency cover.

You will never be asked to manage a difficult situation alone. Every team has monthly reflective practice, four-weekly individual supervision, and an on-call manager who answers the phone.
